It was a two day event that was held at the prestigious Regent Chinese Restaurant in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The conference has been an event where both Netcom management and valued resellers gained priceless knowledge and insight into a range of topics that affects the growth, technology, pricing, service delivery in the fast growing company. It was also a great opportunity for the valued resellers to discuss past successes and deliberate on the future stated Marketing Manager, Mrs. Lolade Shonubi.
Netcom's top tiered channel partners were able to gain visibility into the processes and functions of each division and department and have a more thorugh understanding of the company's plan for the future and it also gave Netcom an opportunity to aggregate feedback from the resellers to restructure and also to communicate the core message that the resellers are truly partners and an integral part of the business.
